'The Murray Mathew and Helen Mathew Lamp' - Colombo (Ceylon - Sri Lanka) Branch. Endowed on 02.11.1927. First lit on 03.12.1927 at The Royal Albert Hall, London, by H.R.H. the Prince of Wales. "In memory of Murray Chamberlain Gervase Mathew, Lt., 28th Punjabis (attached 14th Sikhs). Died of wounds received in the Dardanelles 4.7.1915; And of Helen Marjorie Mathew, Sister, T.F. Nursing Service, who died 16.7.1923 of the effects of illness contracted on active service" (Donated by their mother)
