Other information

Information
Made a beautiful painting of the Upper Room in 1917, from which coloured postcards were made that were freely distributed after services. Many 'Talbotousians' treasured these as souvenirs for the rest of their lives. The painting was exhibited by the Leicester Society of Artists in Nov. 1917. In 1924 the painting was given by Tubby to 'New June', the London Mark of the League of Women Helpers. It was most likely destroyed in 1940.
Information 2
From at least 1923, he was Secretary of the Liverpool Branch of Toc H. School Correspondent for Toc H at Bootle School in the early 1930s.
